Why do I need a professional declutterer and organiser? Can't I do it myself?
Be honest, now. Have you got a drawer full of mysterious electrical cables that you’ve convinced yourself you might need one day? Have you ever embarked on a tidy up mission only to get either bored or distracted and ended up abandoning ship?
That’s where we come in. We provide a fresh pair of eyes and heaps of enthusiasm and energy to get the job done. Not to mention a lifetime of experience and our not-so-little bag of tricks that we want to share with you!
Why battle it out on your own when we can make the whole experience a breeze, and dare we say it, even…. enjoyable?!
Will you force me to throw things away?
Definitely not (even if sometimes we would really like to!)
We are here to give you a nudge in the right direction and help you understand why you are holding on to things unnecessarily, but the final decision of what gets thrown away will always be yours.
What will a typical decluttering session be like?
We believe that anyone can move mountains after a good old cup of tea, so that’s where we like to begin. (Especially as we quite possibly will be moving mountains throughout the day!)
After a cup of tea and a little recap of what you want to achieve with your space, we check out how all the storage areas in your space are currently being used and then get stuck in creating your ideal home!
How long will it take to declutter my home?
How long is a piece of string?! This is a tricky one as it depends on a few factors. How big your space is, how many belongings we need to sort through, and how quickly you are able to decide what stays and what goes.
We provide a free consultation and/or video call for every project so we can give you a better idea of how long it will take to transform your space before you arrange an appointment with us.
Will I need to buy more storage?
You certainly shouldn’t buy any storage before our appointment, as we usually find that there is plenty of storage already in your space that can be put to better use.
We bring a variety of storage solutions to every appointment that you are welcome to purchase on the day, but if you would prefer to purchase your own storage solutions, we will gladly offer suggestions for where to buy products that will work perfectly in your space.
Do I need to tidy and clean before my decluttering session?
Not at all! In fact, we want to see your home in all its cluttered glory! That way, we can see exactly how your space is used on a day-to-day basis and what areas in particular are causing you the most problems.
PS. There’s really no need to be embarrassed, it’s nothing we haven’t seen before!
Do you remove the items that have been decluttered?
While we are unable to remove the things you decide to throw away due to Waste Carrier Legislation, all items that you decide you no longer need will be organised clearly ready for you to donate, sell or dispose of to avoid any confusion.
What areas do you cover?
So long as we can get to you by car, we’ll be there with bells on. We are based in Kent and are happy to travel, but please be aware that travel fees may apply depending on your location.
Why might I need two people for a decluttering session? Can I just hire one of you?

‘Team work makes the dream work’ – you’ll have to forgive us for that one!
You get the idea… In our experience, two people are necessary for certain projects to ensure the day runs smoothly and to keep the momentum going.
How do you charge for your services?
We have different decluttering packages available, depending on your individual needs and preferences. Appointments range from a few hours to a full day with either one or two dedicated ‘clearers’ on hand. Why not call us for a chat about your personal decluttering goals?
Will you tell anyone about my mess?
Your secret is safe with us!
We totally understand that inviting anyone into your home to sort through all of your belongings is a very personal experience and we will never discuss any aspect of your decluttering appointment with anybody else.
We will gladly provide a confidentiality agreement if required.
